      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer telephones, prioritize clinical triage calls, and follow clinical protocols to coordinate services
      - Verify patient demographic information and accurately enter updates into the electronic health record
      - Serve as an escalation point for clinical patient issues and provide clinical advice based on protocols
      - Manage and respond to escalated electronic patient messages while prioritizing patient needs
      - Document symptoms, nursing assessments, and advice provided, ensuring accurate patient records

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Graduate of an accredited nursing program with active RN licensure in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or other compact states
      - Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience in a physician office, home health, critical care, or emergency room
      - Strong communication skills with a focus on compliance
      - Demonstrated continuous growth and a quality-driven, service-oriented approach
      - Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in telehealth or remote patient care settings
      - Familiarity with electronic health record systems
      - Additional certifications in triage or emergency nursing
      - Previous experience in a fast-paced clinical environment
      - Strong interpersonal skills to enhance patient interactions
