      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer telephones and prioritize clinical triage calls, following established protocols
      - Verify and update patient demographic information in the electronic health record
      - Serve as an escalation point for clinical patient issues and provide clinical advice
      - Manage escalated electronic patient messages and prioritize patient needs
      - Document symptoms, nursing assessments, and advice provided accurately

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Graduate of an accredited nursing program
      - Active Registered Nurse licensure in Pennsylvania and New Jersey or other nursing compact states
      - Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience in a physician office, home health, critical care, and/or emergency room
      - Strong communication and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to focus on compliance and demonstrate continuous growth

      - Experience in a high-pressure clinical environment
      - Familiarity with electronic health record systems
      - Proven ability to manage time effectively in a clinical setting
