What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage all documents and logistical tasks related to trial feasibility, start-up, execution, and close-out of clinical trials
- Ensure compliance with GCO SOPs, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and local regulatory requirements
- Track progress of the clinical trial and manage study data, budget, and investigational products
- Maintain trial-related documents and ensure audit and inspection readiness
- Negotiate site requested changes and prepare necessary documents for study submissions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related scientific field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of relevant clinical trial experience
- Proficient in the English language (spoken and written)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with VeevaVault TMF is desirable
- Strong negotiating skills
