What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Research Portfolio, ensuring efficient workflow
- Provide administrative support and guidance to technical staff regarding research management issues
- Manage financial budgets related to research study maintenance and track outside invoices
- Assist in the development and maintenance of clinical trial Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Coordinate investigator meetings and maintain accurate research files and records

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field of study
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, caregivers, and clinical staff
- Prior experience in a laboratory setting or knowledge of cellular therapies is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment

- Experience with cGMP procedures related to cellular therapies
- Prior experience in clinical trial management or research administration
- Familiarity with clinical trial databases and budget management
