What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist Clinical Trial Manager(s) with the conduct of assigned clinical trials
- Provide support to the Clinical Trial Team with various tasks such as ECO support and training matrix
- Coordinate logistical aspects of assigned trials according to GCP and SOPs
- Assist with organizing trial-specific meetings and filing Trial Master File documents
- Act as Business Administrator in the eTMF system and support close-out activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in medical, para-medical, or equivalent field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Clinical Operations (CTA)
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP and DIA TMF reference model
- Proficiency in software applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with tools and systems for managing clinical trials such as Microsoft Project
