      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative and project tracking support to the clinical project team
      - Arrange and track system access for project team members, including Project Managers and CRAs
      - Maintain and perform quality audits to ensure the accuracy of project documentation
      - Assist with the preparation and shipment of clinical trial documentation, including Investigator Site Files
      - Track and maintain project-related information, including site medical question and answer logs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Degree level qualification or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of one year of experience in a related role
      - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
      - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
      - Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the clinical research field or related roles
      - Familiarity with clinical trial documentation and processes
      - Additional language proficiency relevant to the location
