      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver proactive coding education through newsletters, scorecards, and presentations covering various coding guidelines and payer requirements
      - Lead onboarding and compliance training for employed physicians and advanced practice providers
      - Provide individualized documentation feedback and escalate non-coding issues as necessary
      - Serve as the primary contact for coding inquiries, resolving complex issues with internal teams
      - Monitor Epic work queues to ensure accurate charge submissions and reduce claim denials

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA), Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT), Coding Specialist (CCS), Coding Specialist – Physician (CCS-P), or Professional Coder (CPC) certification
      - Completion of advanced training through a recognized or accredited program, high school diploma or GED required
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience in expert-level professional coding
      - In-depth knowledge of ICD, CPT, and HCPCS coding guidelines
      - Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Additional specialty credential preferred
      - Advanced knowledge of Epic and reporting solutions
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Proven ability to work independently and make sound decisions
      - Experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment
