What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the end-to-end clinician onboarding experience, driving high satisfaction and activation rates
- Facilitate group and individual onboarding sessions to ensure clinicians feel confident using the solutions
- Collaborate with Clinical Success Managers to align onboarding with clinical workflows and health system needs
- Implement onboarding workflow improvements based on clinician and internal feedback
- Maintain up-to-date clinician-facing onboarding materials and manage onboarding tools and scheduling
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3–5 years of experience in onboarding, training, customer success, or clinician education within healthcare or health tech
- Proven track record in supporting clinicians through product adoption with measurable satisfaction and activation outcomes
- Strong facilitation skills for both group and individual onboarding sessions
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple onboarding initiatives simultaneously
- Proactive mindset for identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare SaaS or health tech environments
- Comfort in experimenting with new tools and approaches to enhance onboarding experiences
- Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional environments
