What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support clinical providers by preparing clinical documentation and managing patient triage
- Perform medication reconciliation and document encounter notes for Tele Triage visits
- Enter lab and imaging results into patient charts and send updates to primary care providers
- Monitor communication channels to ensure patient needs are met, primarily using Telemediq
- Inform patients and families of new orders and transitions of care to enhance patient education
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Certified Medical Assistant degree is a plus
- Typing speed of 45 words per minute or greater
- Medical scribing experience preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a healthcare setting, particularly with medically vulnerable populations
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic medical records
