As one of our talented Counter Managers, you will be passionate about beauty, creating an exceptional customer experience making your client feel Valued, Respected, Connected, and Confident while selling our market-leading products across our Skincare, Makeup, and Fragrance. With your passion for people, our company, and our products, you will ensure that each customer has a unique and inspirational in-store experience that educates, inspires, and delights them. While working with and supporting the rest of your dynamic team, you will help create a visually appealing shopping environment by maintaining high standards of visual merchandising. To support you within this role, we will invest in your development and give you the tools needed to succeed.
