      Job Overview
      As a CLM Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the CLM system within our organization. You will play a vital role in implementing, configuring, and maintaining template libraries within the CLM platform to optimize contract management processes and enhance overall business efficiency. Your expertise in CLM administration will be instrumental in streamlining contract workflows, ensuring compliance, and supporting effective contract lifecycle management.

      Essential Functions
      Administer and maintain CLM template libraries including user management, security settings, and system configurations.
      Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Procurement, Sales, and Operations, to understand their contract management requirements and translate them into template library functionalities.
      Configure and customize the CLM template libraries to align with business processes and optimize contract workflows.
      Design, develop, and implement templates, rules, workflows, and approval processes in Conga CLM.
      Perform regular system audits to identify and resolve template library discrepancies, system issues, and performance bottlenecks.
      Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users regarding CLM template functionality, system integrations, and data imports/exports.
      Collaborate with IT teams to ensure availability of new templates and integration with other enterprise applications.
      Stay up-to-date with the latest features, updates, and best practices in Conga CLM and recommend template library enhancements or process improvements accordingly.
      Develop and deliver training programs to educate users on Conga CLM template library usage, features, and functionalities.
      Monitor system usage and performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement.

      Qualifications
      Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
      Expert understanding of managing contract documentation and templates.
      Proven experience as a Conga CLM Administrator or similar role, with a strong understanding of contract management processes and principles.
      Proficiency in administering CLM or other contract management systems (such as Apttus, Icertis, or Ariba).
      Solid knowledge of Salesforce platform and its integration with CLM.
      Experience in configuring and customizing contract management systems, including template design, rule creation, and workflow development.
      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot system issues and propose effective solutions.
      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and effectively train end-users.
      Detail-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
      Familiarity with compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and their implications on contract management is a plus.
      Relevant certifications, such as Conga CLM Administrator Certification or Salesforce Administrator Certification, are highly desirable.
