What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in the management and monitoring of all cloud infrastructure, including weekend deployments of production and OS updates as needed
- Provide level 2 support, including escalated support for problems and issues
- Develop and maintain automation for server and application build, test, and deploy processes
- Remediate identified security risks within required compliance timeframes
- Monitor and maintain compute and storage systems while handling incident management and change management tasks

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or 7+ years of equivalent experience
- AZ-900 certification
- 3+ years of experience with Linux and OS patch management
- 2+ years of security best practice experience
- 1+ years of hands-on Azure experience, including services such as Entra, AKS, and Frontdoor

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- AZ-104, AZ-500 certification
- Open IAM experience
- ITSM/SaaS experience
- Knowledge of regulatory security and compliance requirements (e.g., MARS-E, NIST 800-53)
