      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Initiate and implement innovative sales strategies to increase demand for products in Kansas and Missouri
      - Conduct live demonstrations, presentations, and CEU classes to showcase products and educate clients
      - Maintain and establish distributor relationships through regular face-to-face meetings and on-site visits
      - Analyze market intelligence and pricing to ensure competitive positioning and success in the territory
      - Coordinate with internal team members to address customer requests and ensure timely delivery of solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing, with a minimum of five years of sales experience preferred, or ten years of face-to-face sales experience in the industry
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
      - Effective public speaking skills for large group presentations
      - Ability to lift heavy objects above head with minimal assistance
      - Familiarity with mobile devices and basic assembly tools, along with the ability to read and understand assembly procedures

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proven track record of successful sales in the water works or related industry
      - Strong knowledge of industry standards and requirements
      - Experience in developing and delivering training sessions for distributors
      - Ability to provide innovative solutions to meet distributor needs
      - Previous participation in tradeshows and industry conferences
