      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Actively establish links and craft opportunities to increase distributor knowledge of products
      - Lead face-to-face meetings and on-site distributor visits to maintain and establish relationships
      - Conduct live demonstrations, presentations, and CEU classes to build product demand
      - Analyze market intelligence and assess pricing levels to ensure success in the territory
      - Coordinate customer requests and communicate effectively with internal team members

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing
      - Minimum of five years of sales experience preferred or ten years of face-to-face sales in the industry
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
      - Effective large group public speaking skills
      - Ability to lift heavy objects above head with minimal assistance

      - Experience in the water works industry
      - Proven track record of achieving sales targets
      - Familiarity with assembly tools and procedures
