      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focused on CMMC compliance and cybersecurity services
      - Identify, prospect, and close new business within the Defense Industrial Base (DIB)
      - Serve as a trusted advisor on CMMC requirements and DoD security expectations
      - Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract, including proposal development
      - Maintain accurate pipeline updates and forecasting in CRM systems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity or managed services
      - 5+ years of business development within the Defense Industrial Base (DIB)
      - Demonstrated ability to win new business and drive revenue growth
      - Strong consultative sales skills and ability to understand customer needs
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Deep understanding of the DoD ecosystem or military veteran experience
      - Background in cybersecurity consulting or compliance services
      - Familiarity with RPOs, C3PAOs, certification bodies, and the CMMC ecosystem
