  Job Title: CNC Machinist

  Job Description

  We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to set up and operate CNC lathes and mills. The role involves using G-Code, conducting in-process inspections, recording results, and adjusting machine offsets and tools as needed.

  Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills efficiently.
  • Utilize G-Code programming for machine operations.
  • Perform in-process inspections to ensure quality standards.
  • Record inspection results meticulously.
  • Adjust machine offsets and tools to maintain optimal performance.

  Essential Skills

  • 3 years of CNC machining experience.
  • Proficiency in CNC programming, especially G-Code.
  • Prior experience with lathe operations.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Expertise in using precision measuring tools.
  • Understanding of basic GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
  • Knowledge of feeds and speeds.

  Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in lean manufacturing processes.
  • Eperience in metal forming.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  Pay and Benefits

  The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $35.00/hr.
