The COB & CM Senior Analyst develops and manages CoB solutions for one or more functional areas.
Subject matter expert in at least one CoB and/or CoB technology or policy discipline.
Defines, implements, and applies area wide CoB and or Enterprise Resilience (ER) policies and standards by leveraging knowledge of globally accepted CoB and or ER principles. Identifies and utilizes a global risk management model.
Manage all related CoB deliverables such as : Business Impact Analysis, Business Recovery Plans, Crisis Management plans, Testing including Denial of Access testing, Denial of Service testing.
Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citi, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Experience in a risk and control oversight role, or related risk discipline such as Third Party Management and relationship management.
Relevant Banking/ Financial Services industry experience
Excellent communication skills required to communicate with all staff levels and when communicating problems, opportunities and concepts to non-technical individuals.
Excellent written communication skills are required to document policies, procedures and standards as they apply to the role.
Good project management, data analysis and reporting ability; with a good understanding of supporting technologies (applications, reporting tools, and data presentation).
Bachelor’s/University degree OR equivalent experience
Execute Citi's Continuity of Business program across Market UK, and EMEA where applicable, to ensure annual program compliance and invocation readiness.
Internal customer facing role responsible for interacting with Citi’s internal Markets and other business stakeholders to ensure that Citi's Continuity of Business program is delivered to support their needs, as well as communicating key changes and strategy implementation.
Site management co-ordination for the London CoB site and specifically the day to day operational CoB requirement for Markets UK.
Cover all CoB related audit and regulatory requests directly with audit related to Market
Works with Markets Relationship Account Managers to cover client due diligence requests or questionnaires as required.

The COB & CM Senior Analyst is a seasoned professional role who can apply in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes.
You will be able to evaluate moderately complex and varying issues with the potential to deliver substantial impact, where development of an approach/ taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information.
The role requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. The successful candidate will regularly assume informal/formal leadership role within teams, becoming involved in coaching and training of new recruits as and when required.
