      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Investigate and analyze Medicaid billing cases to determine third-party liability coverage
      - Make payment determinations in accordance with state and federal laws and regulations
      - Provide expert consultative services to clients and providers regarding health insurance benefits
      - Recover funds from insurers when private health insurers are liable for Medicaid costs
      - Review and respond to inquiries related to coordination of benefits and claims

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and one year of relevant experience, or an associate degree with three years of experience, or a certificate in Medical Billing and Coding with three years of experience, or five years of relevant experience
      - Experience providing direct client services or counseling in health insurance or related benefits
      - Ability to analyze complex rules, regulations, or policies
      - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
      - Exceptional oral and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience navigating complex problems with incomplete information
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
      - Ability to communicate complex topics clearly in writing
      - Experience in resolving complex complaints with clients and insurance companies
      - Knowledge of Medicaid programs and eligibility verification
