- Preferred experience with either Tableau, or PowerBI, SQL knowledge a plus.
- Experience in a healthcare/pharmacy company a plus.
- Highly motivated and driven to identify innovative data solutions
- Ability to develop a thorough knowledge of data and apply understanding within reporting.
- Ability to understand data, to identify trends, and to manipulate the data to build a story.
- Able to multi-task and work on multiple analysis projects with attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly develop pharmacy data knowledge.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact internally with operations colleagues and sales teams as well as with external parties including; pharmaceutical wholesales, and drug manufacturers.
- Project Management Experience - the ability to follow up with suppliers and sales teams while tracking and meeting time commitments.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excell Skills (Pivot tables, V lookups, Macros)

COC Pharmacy Analyst
The Pharmacy Analyst position will be responsible for the wholesaler attachment and pharmacy contract supplier connection for Continuum of Care (COC) members. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to, review of wholesaler data to identify contract discrepancies and opportunities. This role should work with Contract Managers, Premier Sales Teams, and Channel Partners to resolve the discrepancies identified until resolved. Opportunities should be presented to Premier Sales Teams and Channel Partners. The Pharmacy Analyst is also responsible for the maintenance of eligibility in Premier COC databases and ensuring data is accurate per suppliers' rosters or email responses. This role will also develop a deep understanding of the Pharmacy contracts and wholesaler attachment process.

Premier's internal salary range for this role is $51,000 - $95,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location. Premier utilizes a wide-range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility within our ranges.
