Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior restaurant serving experience.
• English language communications required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Requires full availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Thorough knowledge of food terminology, food service techniques, and sanitation standards; and thorough knowledge of Alcoholic Beverages.
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend and lift trays weighing up to 45+ pounds repetitively during entire shift.
• Provide upsell opportunities to guests to enhance the dining experience and increase overall check average.
• Records all aspects of guests’ order accurately and enters guest orders into POS.
• Other duties as assigned.
