      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Code ER, outpatient, outpatient surgeries, observations, and inpatient records
      - Monitor unbilled patient types on a daily basis
      - Maintain quality and productivity standards
      - Work with internal and external customers to ensure accurate coding
      - Complete required continuing education

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) by AHIMA
      - Minimum of 3 years related experience
      - Demonstrated knowledge of Basic ICD 10 training and anatomy and physiology
      - Proficiency in PC and software usage

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare-related coding role
