      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct audits of provider documentation and coding for Evaluation and Management (E/M) services
      - Prepare and share individual provider Audit Summary reports based on reviews
      - Maintain knowledge of coding guidelines, including ICD-10-CM and CPT codes, to ensure accuracy
      - Facilitate education and training sessions for providers and staff on coding and documentation
      - Serve as an expert resource on coding inquiries and provide feedback to practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS)
      - Minimum of 1 year experience in Professional Evaluation and Management coding
      - Working knowledge of Evaluation and Management documentation guidelines
      - Working knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding guidelines
      - Exceptional communication skills, including listening and written/verbal proficiency

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience in Professional Evaluation and Management coding
      - Prior experience educating providers on coding guidelines
