      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and update coding lessons, projects, and assessments for varied audiences
      - Deliver engaging instruction using platforms like OnBase, Pulse, Workday, and Articulate
      - Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and offer support to ensure learner success
      - Analyze and report student performance data to inform instructional improvements
      - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate application of coding processes and guidelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - RHIT, RN, CPC, or CCS-P accreditation
      - Emergency Department pro-fee coding experience
      - Knowledge of ICD-10-CM and CPT coding
      - Ability to communicate professionally with employees, management, and physicians

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in developing educational curricula for coding
      - Familiarity with industry monitoring and problem resolution in coding practices
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Experience in providing educational consults to coding staff
      - Ability to create and maintain coding resources for organizational policy application
