      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct inpatient auditing of coders to ensure a minimum coding accuracy of 95%
      - Perform quality checks and audits on medical records coded according to client SOPs
      - Execute calibration audits and suggest improvements for coding processes
      - Prepare audit reports and provide feedback to coders and auditors on areas for improvement
      - Participate in client interactions and internal stakeholder meetings to discuss coding accuracy and compliance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Current permanent United States work authorization and ability to work U.S. day shift schedule
      - Minimum of 2 years of coding experience across multiple specialties, including denial review and appeals
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a coding auditor with proven accuracy and compliance
      - Required certification: CPC
      - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with encoder tools and EMR systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - AHIMA microcredentials: Auditing: Inpatient Coding (AIC) and/or Auditing: Outpatient Coding (AOC); AAPC CPMA certification
      - RHIA credential preferred
      - Experience with Epic, Cerner, and Meditech systems
      - Familiarity with revenue cycle systems and financial analysis
      - Encoder experience with 3M/Solventum, Encoder Pro, Codify
