What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and coordinate an educational plan for accurate coding and billing procedures
- Conduct regular educational seminars on coding and billing
- Research and communicate insurance carriers' coding billing policies to relevant staff
- Conduct audits to ensure accuracy in coding, billing, and documentation
- Facilitate team effort in delivering quality care and customer satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Extensive knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10-CM coding
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in physician coding
- Reside within 100 miles of Toledo, OH
- Current credentials: CPC, RHIT, or RHIA

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience performing physician coding audits, including E/M
