What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Degree or GED
- CPC-A, CPC, CCS-P, CCA certification
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Experience in related fields
- Excellent typing and 10-key speed accuracy
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with ICD-10 codes and procedures
- Working knowledge of medical jargon and anatomy
- Previous experience in medical coding or healthcare administration
