Job Description
- Req#: 283999
- Startup, shut down, operating and CIP procedures for roasting, evaporation, extractions, and clarifier
- Perform stock taking of silo levels and product in bags on the floor for beans, thick extract, and Glucose
- Perform scale calibration checks and reports to fitter or instrument if help required and capable to restore to basics conditions
- Perform blending of different bean grades/class and mixing ratios on Evaporator
- Material consumptions on SAP
- Perform plant inspection and ensure all equipment are assembled correctly
- Perform flood/leak test for evaporator
- Matric
- N2 qualification in engineering will be advantageous
- 2-3 years’ experience in coffee and beverage processing
- Basic Computer Literate
