      We are looking for a highly organized, motivated, and execution-focused brand builder to join our in-house creative agency (now in our fifth year). You will work across P&G’s Personal Care brands - including Secret, Gillette deodorant, Olay Body, Safeguard, Ivory, and more.

      This is an exciting, new role at P&G working on the first in-house creative agency in the entire company. Like all roles on this team, you will wear many hats. The scope of the role will include (but not limited to):

      • End to End in-house Creative and Production Budget Owner. Will handle Purchase Orders/invoicing/proof of performance tracking for all creative assets.

      • Talent Tracking & SAG Leader (expertise in talent management)

      • Creative Asset & Trafficking SPOC (develop and handle all creative assets via asset tracker.

      • Stewardship Leader (SharePoint)

      • Team Culture Leader (building and growing our people and culture)

      Job Qualifications

      Here are the qualities and characteristics we’re looking for in an ideal candidate:

      • Operates with discipline. We are building an organization and need help keeping track of all the details behind our creative and media executions. Stewardship compliance is critical – we are pushing for new capability but need to do so in a safe, compliant way. You should feel empowered to push the team as needed. It is ideal to have experience with Coupa, AdCost, SharePoint, budget management, P2P/POP and nice to have: experience with SAG or Extreme Reach.

      • Ownership/executes with excellence: This is a new capability for P&G. Individual must want to innovate and be a part of something new while owning work and rolling up sleeves to figure out the WHAT and the HOW.

      • Mastery - This is not a standard marketing organization in that we are learning in the in-house space and the daily demands change quickly. We are looking for someone who loves knowing their “stuff” and isn’t afraid to keep us all in line. We very much value stewardship and order so need someone who is an expert/wants to be an expert in their job.

      Qualifications

      • 3+ years of experience in brand marketing (or an equivalent field)

      • Strong organizational skills and experience with project management

      • Live within commuting distance of role (based in Cincinnati, OH)

      Preferred qualifications

      • Experience in agency roles either creative or media

      Starting Pay/Salary Range: $74,100 - $92,650

      Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
