      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle outbound and inbound calls from customers who are 30-120+ days delinquent, setting up repayment arrangements or answering questions
      - Utilize skip tracing and other methods to locate delinquent customers
      - Prepare and send correspondence to customers via email and text message
      - Use critical thinking skills to resolve customer issues and make recommendations to the Collections Manager
      - Maintain clear and concise account notes while working independently to meet collection goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Fluent in English and Spanish
      - Minimum of 2 years of collections experience, including customer assistance via phone
      - Must be available to work between 8 am-8 pm CST, including two late nights and up to two Saturdays per month
      - Excellent phone etiquette, typing skills, and the ability to remain calm in difficult situations
      - High school diploma or equivalent required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous call center experience is a plus
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and experience with CRM programs
      - Familiarity with handling large volumes of inbound and outbound calls
