      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure daily cash collection goals and manage accounts receivable over 90 days
      - Research outstanding balances and take necessary actions for timely resolution
      - Resubmit accurate claims in various formats, including CMS-1500 and electronic 837
      - Negotiate payment plans with patients in accordance with company policies
      - Communicate consistently and professionally with colleagues and third-party collection agencies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required; some college is a plus
      - Minimum of one (1) year of experience in medical collections, with knowledge of managed care and insurance reimbursements
      - Working knowledge of automated billing systems; experience with CPR+ preferred
      - Solid Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in home infusion therapy
      - Familiarity with ICD-9, CPT, and HCPCS coding
      - Ability to independently obtain and interpret information
