Job Responsibilities:
- Collect delinquent credit card accounts through outbound, inbound, assigned queues, and chat sessions
- Minimize losses through prescribed methods and tools
- Maintain good customer relationships through professional communication
- Handle back-to-back calls in a fast-paced call center environment
- Manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues to management
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of customer service or related experience
- Detail-oriented with strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Working-level experience in customer service, verbal communication, computer fluency, and professionalism
Qualifications:
- H.S. Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of customer service or related experience
- Entry-level experience in detail orientation, influencing, and negotiation
- 1+ years of working-level experience in customer service, verbal communication, system/computer fluency, and professionalism
Additional Information:
- Compensation ranges from $19.25 to $24.19 per hour, with additional incentives
