- BA/BS in Business, Accounting, or Finance (or equivalent practical experience).
- 1+ years of collections, AR, or customer-facing financial roles, prior O2C experience preferred.

- Skilled in variance analysis, aging report interpretation, and data-driven prioritization.

- Proactively contact customers via phone, email, and written communication to collect on overdue invoices (30+ days)
- Negotiate and document payment arrangements within authorized limits, escalating exceptions to management
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities in Oracle Fusion
- Independently manage assigned account portfolio with regular follow-ups to reduce delinquency
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, AR, and Project Management team to resolve billing disputes
- Process write-offs and credit memos while ensuring proper documentation and approvals
- Analyze aging reports to prioritize collection efforts and identify trends
- Organize ERP data to support collections forecasting and reporting needs
- Validate data accuracy for month-end and quarter-end close processes
- identify and flag high-risk accounts requiring management intervention
- Document recurring issues and propose process improvement recommendations
- Participate in weekly collections meetings to review delinquencies and action plans
- Assist in preparing materials for quarterly management reviews
- Ensure data quality and accuracy of management reporting

OVERVIEW:
This position is part of the Order to Cash LAD SSC Operations team. This team is responsible for credit, collections, cash application and invoice delivery operations for US Federal customers and strategic commercial customers. The role manages a portfolio of accounts, resolve delinquencies, and contribute to the efficiency of our collection’s operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in collections processes, a keen eye for process improvement, and experience working with financial systems. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can independently manage assigned accounts while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements. A passion for financial processes, data accuracy, and delivering results is essential.Preferred Experience

US: Hiring Range in USD from $24.62 to $48.03 per hour; from: $51,200 to $99,900 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
