Job Summary
The Collections & Debt Recovery Team lead is responsible to complete specific collection goals through coaching, counseling, monitoring, and motivating a team of collectors and analysis while maintaining compliance with order-to-cash policies and defined local collection strategies, this position is also responsible to monitor, control and provide feedback to the third party agency in charge of the collections of cancelled accounts and he will be point of contact for our attorney in charge of the accounts sent to a legal status.
This position is responsible of the highest volume of customers (Telesales) with a value of € 5.3M per month.
Key Responsibilities:
· To maintain and execute collection strategies in line with set standards and policies.
· To guarantee timely and effective execution of internal control framework.
· To actively managed cross functional dependencies.
· To review daily progression to cash targets; adjusts and yields collection activities accordingly to meet cash collection objectives.
· To ensure delivery of daily and monthly collection reports.
· To act as a subject matter expert; propose, implement, and maintain continuous improvement log in the field of collection.
· To set up, review and maintains service line agreements with 3rd party collection agency.
· To control cost related to 3rd party collection agency.
· To control bad debt provision and expenses.
· Recruit, build, manage, and develop a team of motivated staff members to maximize performance and ensure delivery of the agreed objectives.
· Efficient leadership, people management and guidance of staff, respecting cultural environment and history. (Desirable)
Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in systems, IT, or related. (Desirable MBA)
· Advance English
· 5 years of IT Manager experience.
· Leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams
· Knowledge of ITIL (Desirable formal training / Certification)
· PMI / PMP Certification (Desirable formal training / Certification)
· Knowledge of Supplier Management (Desirable formal training / Certification)
· Experience in managing highly complex projects
· Experience in managing teams at the regional/global level
· Experience in projects and application support, preferably based on .Net and Java developments - Windows 2008/2012, UNIX, SQL Server, HTML, XML, Web Services Architecture, and Office 360.
