What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Initiate calls with patients to collect payments and settle accounts
- Follow up on accounts, process payments, and update account information
- Collaborate with patients to create payment arrangements and provide financial assistance counseling
- Maintain and support customer accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Ensure accurate billing by rectifying accounts with incomplete or missing information
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age with required functional competencies
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a call center, medical, insurance, or collections environment
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Associate's or Vocational degree in business, healthcare, or related field preferred
- Experience in Revenue Cycle Management preferred
