- Responsible for implementing the organization's credit policy, including assessing credit applications, and managing outstanding credit
- Handle invoice generation, payment processing, and verification of client credit approvals, along with receivable age analysis and reporting
- Assist with bad debt management, write-off reporting, and follow up on debt collections through daily telephone and email communication
- Proactively monitor customer accounts to ensure they operate within credit terms and maintain accurate records of customer contacts and account statuses
- Support the opening of new accounts and review existing customer accounts for creditworthiness
- Work closely with teammates to achieve customer service excellence, supporting each other in meeting organizational goals
- University Degree , s pecialized Diploma , v ocational Training , or equivalent years of experience
- Power user of Microsoft products
- Ability to work under minimal supervision with a sense of urgency
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills ( B2B required )
- Preferred experience in industrial or the rental industry preferred
