      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and oversee the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of payments
      - Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
      - Contact clients via phone, email, and other communication methods to secure outstanding balances
      - Reconcile accounts, process payments, and resolve any discrepancies
      - Provide regular reports on accounts receivable status to management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or related roles
      - Strong ability to negotiate and secure payments effectively
      - Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to collections
      - Proficiency in accounting software such as NetSuite; DropTop is a plus
      - High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the transportation or maintenance industry is a plus
      - Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment
