      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct research on college admissions and high school extracurricular opportunities, presenting personalized findings clearly to families
      - Analyze data from various sources to provide well-thought-out advice for high school families
      - Collaborate with the Research Manager, Empowerly families, and counselors to deliver thorough research findings
      - Update the team’s spreadsheets with each request to maintain an up-to-date resource for the team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with the U.S. education and college admissions system
      - Excellent command of the English language
      - Ability to work independently in a virtual environment with self-supervision
      - Willingness to dedicate adequate time (approximately 0.5 - 2.0 hours) to research each family’s request
      - Strong command of G-Suite or willingness to learn it to meet client expectations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in college admissions counseling or a related field
      - Previous research experience in an educational context
      - Familiarity with data analysis tools
