      IMG Collision Business Analyst will support IMG collision business manager and FCSD IMG parts wholesale director in building collision business which includes both dealer own collision workshop and collision parts business through data analytics and strategic collision program proposals. The person will work with collision leads in the market and global collision team to align collision strategic directions and find synergy to promote collision business, revenue, and profitability for Ford’s International Market Group (IMG).

      Qualifications

      8+ years of relevant experience in Business Operations

      Fluent in English communication – both speaking and writing

      Demonstrated analytical / data analytical ability (Must)
      Knowledge and expertise in parts and service industry both at a dealer level and at an aftermarket level (Must)
      Knowledge in collision / bodyshop business / Insurance business knowledge (A plus)
      Knowledge and expertise in business deployment and financial analysis (A plus)
      Exposure to different IMG/Asia Pacific markets (A plus)
      Self-motivated with very good attitude
      Strong team player, with ability to work with diverse workgroups.
      Self-starter / good initiatives
      Effective communicator, with ability to work within diverse (culturally and functionally) environment
      Ability to work independently
      Ability to operate in an environment with less than perfect information

      Responsibilities

      • Supports IMG Collision strategies working with Collision Market Lead and Global team for Collision Business Development to deliver collision business growth for IMG Markets.
      • Lead Collision Business Scorecard reviews and track key collision KPI.
      • Explore new initiatives, share best practice, and support markets for new initiatives to promote Collision Business Growth related. (i.e., CollisionLink and/or alternative collision data collection and bidding platform, Insurance Tie-up, Bodyshop Certification process, Parts sell to outside body shops etc.)
      • Lead IMG FCCN (Ford Certified Collision Network) related workstream.
      • Conduct collision business analysis and identify opportunities and work with the market lead to execute the plan. (Both improving RO at dealership owned bodyshops, certified bodyshops and parts revenue thru wholesale channel partners)
      • Liaise with ESB team to promote insurance tie up and insurance programs.
      • Assist central collision bidding programs and data analytics for assigned markets.
