What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the management and oversight of compliance-related data assets for accuracy and consistency
- Perform data access, validation, and analysis using Snowflake and Databricks
- Enforce data governance, privacy, retention, and access control policies
- Prepare data for compliance audits and regulatory reviews
- Collaborate with various teams to support compliance reporting and risk management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5+ years of cybersecurity and data management experience
- Working knowledge of Data Governance, Data Quality Management, and SQL
- Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience leading global, distributed teams
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Big 4 or audit background providing compliance/policy insight
- Executive-level presentation skills for senior leadership communication
- Demonstrated people leadership experience with a focus on mentorship and team culture
- Ability to navigate high-pressure environments and manage shifting priorities
