      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with end users, business leaders, and application development teams to enhance the Salesforce platform
      - Gather and synthesize feedback, maintaining the backlog of work for Salesforce and related applications
      - Prioritize, groom, test, and document changes to the Salesforce system alongside the scrum master and NSE team
      - Drive enhancements to improve user adoption, user experience, and data quality
      - Coordinate and participate in acceptance testing for new features and resolve defects and bugs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - Multiple Salesforce certifications
      - At least 5 years of direct experience implementing Salesforce Sales and/or Service Cloud using Lightning Experience
      - Prior experience in a Salesforce Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or Application Analyst role
      - Familiarity with Agile or Modified Agile methodologies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with Commercial Operations teams
      - Strong problem-solving skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Proven ability to learn technical concepts and translate them to the appropriate audience
