      Customer Service Representative – Katy, TX
      Salary: $25.23-25.80 per hour / $50,858-52,000 annually commensurate to experience

We’re looking for Customer Service Representatives for our Katy, TX office. This role is for people who want to provide our policyholders the excellent customer service they want and need. You’ll be the first contact for our customers: answering billing questions, making policy changes, and providing recommendations.       Qualifications & Skills:

      • Minimum of 12 months customer service experience

      • Bilingual candidates preferred

      • Associates Degree preferred

      • Experience providing outstanding customer service

      • Solid computer and multi-tasking skills

      • Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing

      • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment

      • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; college degree or currently pursuing preferred
