What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive, investigate, and resolve all customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
- Handle customer service inquiries and problems via telephone and other channels
- Document all customer communications clearly
- Educate callers to ensure resolution is achieved on the first contact
- Participate in mandatory training and adhere to assigned schedules
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer-facing environment such as retail, healthcare, or call centers
- Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to talk and type simultaneously while interacting with customers
