  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Design and deliver role-based onboarding experiences and training programs
  - Collaborate with managers to establish onboarding success criteria and performance standards
  - Monitor and report on technology usage and adoption trends to assess the effectiveness of training initiatives
  - Analyze onboarding completion, certification results, and time-to-productivity metrics
  - Create presentations that summarize insights and recommendations for leadership
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
  - 3–6 years of experience in Commercial/Revenue/Sales Enablement, Business Operations, or Analytics
  - Proven ability to develop performance metrics, dashboards, and scorecards for leadership reporting
  - Experience analyzing adoption and utilization of enterprise technology platforms
  - Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple initiatives
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with onboarding and training programs in commercial or go-to-market environments
  - Understanding of commercial functions (sales, account management, customer success, marketing)
  - Familiarity with commercial tech tools (CRM, enablement, LMS, analytics)
  - Ability to build clear dashboards and executive scorecards
  - Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and spot trends
