What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Travel daily throughout a defined territory to meet with commercial and industrial business owners
- Conduct entry-level commercial energy audits and installations for small and mid-sized facilities
- Engage with customers and contractors to explain program offerings and address inquiries
- Document inspections, installations, and customer interactions per program requirements
- Identify and escalate basic technical or installation issues to program staff as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license in the state of employment with a satisfactory driving record
- Experience in construction, facility maintenance, or installation
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and using power tools

- Previous experience in energy efficiency or related fields
- Familiarity with basic tools and installation processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a fieldwork environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
