      Overview

      We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Escrow Assistant to join our Las Vegas Commercial team. This position supports our escrow officers with opening, processing, and closing commercial transactions. Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and experience in the escrow industry.

      Duties

      • Open and process escrow transactions.• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, agents, and attorneys.• Prepare documents and escrow instructions.• Order and review title commitments.• Handle escrow file documentation and data entry.• Ensure timely completion of tasks to meet closing deadlines.• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.

      Education

      High school diploma or GED equivalent.

      Experience

      1+ year experience in commercial escrow/title industry preferred

      REQUIREMENTS:

      • Strong communication and organizational skills• High attention to detail• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SoftPro is a plus

      Additional Information

      This position is eligible to earn compensation in the range of $20.00/hourly based on location and job-related factors such as skillset and experience. The base compensation is one component of the total rewards package offered to our employees, including optional health and welfare insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability); paid holidays, vacation, and sick time off; and matching 401(k) plan and matching employee stock purchase plan.
