What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide financial guidance and analytical support within North America and the Commercial Finance organization
- Collaborate with operational stakeholders to drive commercial results
- Analyze business metrics for key insights and actions
- Lead the development of budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans
- Train and provide guidance to co-workers in financial matters
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of related work experience
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- SAP experience a plus
