      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional service to commercial clients, managing their insurance needs and ensuring satisfaction
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests
      - Process policy changes, cancellations, and renewals in line with agency and carrier guidelines
      - Assist clients with the claims process, providing guidance and support as needed
      - Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system and collaborate with team members for effective service delivery

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must hold a valid 0440 - Insurance Customer Service Representative License; 2-20 General Lines Agent License (Property & Casualty) is a plus
      - Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a commercial insurance customer service role
      - Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, including General Liability, Workman's Compensation, and Professional Liability
      - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong customer service orientation
      - Proficiency in agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

      - Experience with QQCatalyst CRM for Insurance agencies software
      - Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
      - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
      - Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
      - Enthusiasm for helping others and eagerness to learn in a team setting
