Job Description
- Req#: 5854
- Process service requests, including quality submissions to carriers and review of endorsements, audits, and contracts.
- Analyze carrier quotations and prepare accurate, professional proposals and summaries for clients.
- Ensure timely and accurate issuance of certificates, binders, invoices, and policy reviews.
- Assist clients with premium audits and disputes while securing premium financing when needed.
- Maintain strong communication and follow-up with clients, carriers, producers, and team members.
- Conduct monthly renewal meetings and collaborate with Account Managers and producers.
- Stay current on underwriting requirements, certifications, and assigned training goals.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with Agency Management Systems (AMS Sagitta preferred).
- Strong work ethic with a proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
- Resident State Agent’s License or ability to obtain one within two months.
- Insurance experience preferred.
- College degree preferred.
