What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide assistance with audits, binders/invoicing, and endorsements through timely management of company correspondence
- Respond promptly to requests from the brokerage team, underwriters, retailers, or managers regarding account servicing issues
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and underwriters to foster ongoing business
- Act as a liaison between clients and underwriters to manage all account documentation
- Maintain current knowledge of the insurance industry through virtual workshops and seminars
What is Required (Qualifications):
- One year of wholesale insurance experience
- State-specific Insurance License
- High School diploma required; college courses preferred
- Experience and knowledge of Commercial Lines E&S products
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5 years’ experience with property and casualty lines of business
- Technical Assistant experience or three years of general insurance experience
