      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and prioritize goals, objectives, and strategies for assigned territory
      - Negotiate and close sales of assigned products
      - Develop and maintain positive relationships with property developers, architects, and contractors
      - Identify potential customers and manage key accounts
      - Provide on-site assistance for installation and customer training

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be located in the South-Central US (TX, NM, OK, AR, LA, CO)
      - Minimum of 3 years' experience in construction or related discipline
      - Building products specification experience, particularly with architects and engineers
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficiency in MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the bathing-specific industry
      - Knowledge of the composite industry
      - Familiarity with HubSpot CRM
      - Valid driver's license with a good driving record
      - Strong credit history
